Job Context:
∎ Mirsaige PMC is a Construction Project Management and Consultancy start-up looking to curve out a niche in a market inundated by your typical name-brand real estate developers. We are in this space to deliver construction projects customised to meet client requirements, prioritizing on quality and project schedule.
∎ To help us realise our vision, we are looking for someone who is not just a deal closing maestro, but also has a keen eye to identify avenues for business growth. We need a dynamic individual on the team with relevant real estate sales experience who will assist us in developing a solid lead generation pipeline and will follow through on leads until the deal is closed and signed off on. The individual must be a creative and critical thinker exuding confidence and charm with a roll-up-the-sleeve attitude to get the job done.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying and generating new clients and potential sales opportunities
∎ Identifying and developing new channels for business development and growth
∎ Generating inflow of referral clients
∎ Work in tandem with management to develop and execute business development strategies
∎ Effectively listening to and understanding client requirements to present client with ideal solution in accordance with our collection of luxury residential units
∎ Organizing site visits and viewings with clients as necessary
∎ Managing client's modification requests pre contract
∎ Preparing and presenting sales pitch to potential clients
∎ Closing sales deals and handing over sales contract to project delivery team
∎ Weekend and after hours work required
∎ Any other relevant tasks as set by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ **Must be able to join immediately**
∎ 3+ years demonstrable relevant real estate sales and business development experience
∎ Solid understanding of real estate industry structure, legal formalities related to real estate sales (documents vetting, flat registration etc) building terms and general construction knowledge
∎ Ability to exude confidence and strong persuasion skills
∎ Highly proficient in English and Bengali communication (written and verbal)
∎ Familiarity with architectural and engineering drawings, floor plans. Site plans etc
∎ Ability to work autonomously
∎ Hunger for success and a passion for closing deals
∎ Tertiary academic qualifications in a related field
∎ Exemplary management and organization skills - be it time, people, priorities or even work load

Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
