B. Pharm/ M. Pharm or related field from top tier university.

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

• 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred, however freshers with strong potential are also welcomed. Male & Female both are encouraged to apply.

• Working in TMS software (Training Management System) will get preference.

• Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Commitment to continuous learning following GxP and process improvement.

We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated individuals for the following positions in Healthcare Life Science Ltd.

Job responsibilities:

• Design, implementation and evaluation of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Prepare annual training calendar for all departments as well as training matrix for all employees by maintaining training records, competency evaluation reports etc.
• Develop training modules for cGMP, GDP, SOPs, Safety, Regulatory requirements etc.
• Provide training records during regulatory inspections (internal/external audits) and also implement the audit observations related with training.
• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback and assessments as per requirements.
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
