Strong understanding of cGMP principles and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
Ability to train and guide production personnel.
Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Proficient in record keeping and data analysis
Responsibilities & Context:
Applicants should have experience in production.
Maintain cGMP in all operations of the section. Maintain cleanliness of Production areas, maintenance & follow up of product & batch changeover procedure.
To arrange production activities following work schedule
To organize the daily of periodic production program as per monthly Production Plan.
To analyze productivity, capacity utilization and manpower development.
To keep proper documentation (BMR & BPR).
Any other activities related to Production as and when required.
