• Formulating, designing and implementing marketing strategies for veterinary products

• Managing the market demand with innovative ideas, information and strategies in a timely manner

• Designing & launching newer molecules to increase market share

• Regular market visits to understand ever-changing market dynamics and to assess outcomes of marketing strategies

• Training and coaching the sales forces for efficient implementation of marketing strategies

• Prepare promotional materials, product literature, and campaign plans

• Conduct market analysis and competitor research

• Coordinate with the field force to implement product strategies

• Organize training programs and promotional events for veterinarians and dealers

• Monitor sales data and product performance to support decision-making

• Collaborate with R&D and regulatory teams for new product development

• Provide technical support to the sales team and clients when required

• Testing and ensuring the quality of raw materials and finished products

• Appropriate use of correct dosages and material during medicine preparation.

• Provide information regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage and medication, storage

• Plans, implements, and maintains procedures for storing, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals according to policy and legal requirements to ensure quality, security, and proper disposal

• Maintain government regulations and government standards in the Pharma business.

• Assist by providing accurate product information and recommendations based on needs

• Maintain proper documentation, inventories, narcotics & controlled drugs

• Any others task assigned by the management from time to time
