Job Context:
∎ Mehedi Chemistry Academy is a reputed coaching center/shadow education organization based in Dhaka assisting students from different classes via academic and university admission coaching support since 2014. As per the EdTech and shadow education industry landscape is drastically changing, the organization has decided to undergo a 360-degree digital transformation and enhanced online & offline marketing efforts rather than traditional marketing which will result in best experience for their existing and potential students.
∎ To undergo with this process the organization would be needing some dynamic fulltime resources to drive the marketing of the organization and generate best results.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the offline marketing team.
∎ Frequent visit in different schools and colleges for distribution of promotional materials and in-person marketing for admission.
∎ Develop and prepare yearly activity calendar and ensure the execution.
∎ Plan and organize different campaigns and activities in student groups.
∎ Ensuring the timely development of promotional materials.
∎ Planning, organizing and participating in relevant events.
∎ Develop visit plans, doing frequent visit and interaction with necessary personnel according to the visit plan.
∎ Any other ad-hoc responsibilities given by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Graduation from any reputed university.
∎ 1-2 years of relevant working experience in education sector, event management farm, corporate training based-organization, as a medical promotion officer, FMCG territory sales, bank card-selling, customer service or relevant service driven organization will have advantage.
∎ Sound knowledge in operating MS Office and Gsuite Tools
∎ Freshers and individuals looking for desk jobs need not to apply.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be decided based on background and experience
