Responsibilities & Context:
- To carry out microbiological monitoring and process water and personnel hygiene in manufacturing area.
- To monitor cleaning and sanitization of liquid filling room and Water treatment plant by different germicidal solution daily.
- To prepare of SOPs and protocol for Microbiology section
- To receive & record of raw materials, In-process samples and finished products.
- To carry out Microbiological tests of In-process Samples, Raw & Packaging Materials.
- To perform Microbial limit test of Raw, Packaging material and finished products.
- To carry out Microbiological stability test of finished products.
- To perform LAL test of Raw, packaging material and finished products.
- To carry out facility validation.
- To maintain proper record of media and reagent consumption for uninterrupted analysis.
- To carry out Efficacy of Antimicrobial Preservative test.
- To submit daily report of environmental monitoring timely and properly.
- To compile & maintain documents of all the required papers properly.
