Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network and system-related issues according to ensure security.
∎ Administer and maintain Windows-based servers.
∎ Install and configure operating systems and application software.
∎ Troubleshoot, install, configure & maintain computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, Routers, networks, printers, scanners, and other IT appliances.
∎ Install and configure surveillance systems and attendance devices.
∎ Diagnose hardware/ software faults and solve technical and application-related problems.
∎ Hands-on support on Operating Systems (Windows Server, Windows troubleshoot, and maintain).
∎ Have a strong analytical knowledge and Instant problem-solving ability.
∎ Keep an up-to-date document on the inventory of all IT hardware & software systems and report to superior.
∎ Manage Office365: Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams for efficient communication and collaboration.
∎ Provide day-to-day hardware and network support to the users.
∎ Have to maintain the proper documentation of any type of implementation or modifications.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Skills Required: IT Enabled Service, IT Support Service, IT System Management, MIS
∎ Have good Communication skills in English.
∎ Polite & Service Oriented.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge and skills on the latest technologies in the IT systems field
∎ Knowledge of Mikrotik, Microsoft 365 will be preferable.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
