• Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Daffodil International University,Rajshahi Science & Technology University (RSTU), Natore,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Furniture Manufacturer

• Age At least 26 years
• Only Male

• Thorough knowledge about Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Pillars activities, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Loss Analysis, Risk Assessment, M/C programming, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Excel, Auto CAD.
• Well communication skills & presentation skills.
• Mail communication skill.

• Production Management.

• Resource Optimization (Operational Planning, Manpower Planning, Skill, Rapid order changeover, Grade & OT).

• Update & maintain factory layout and m/c layout, area calculation.

• Planning & organizing of factory area to maximize space.

• KPI data update for all the sections, follow up actions of non-achievement.

• Monitor & control section wise manpower, plan for new recruitment etc discussing with section head.

• Reject data analysis & conciliation with internal failure cost, custom data etc.

• Support factory management, department heads in different Project based activities if required.

• Support in automation machine area and reduce working hours.

• Streamlining SMV & Operations Breakdown.

• Efficiency Achievement.

• Cost minimization.

• Technical Support-Sample & Production.

• Project-Work Aid design & WIP control.

• Develop daily/weekly/monthly production plans.

• Ensure smooth operation of machines and processes.

• Follow and implement ISO/Quality Management Systems.

• Identify machine faults and coordinate maintenance.

• Reduce production costs through process improvement.

• Maintain records of raw materials, output, and rejects.
