Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Check all kinds of daily fund requisitions, challans, bills and other financial related documents.
∎ • Conduct audits to assess financial and operational controls.
∎ • Accomplish regular and special audit assignments to identify non-compliance and propose corrective action plans (CAP).
∎ • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
∎ • Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes.
∎ • Identify discrepancies and provide recommendations for improvement.
∎ • Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
∎ • Conduct on-site visits and submit financial and non-financial audit reports based on observations.
∎ • Verify Inventory, stock reconciliation and salary sheets on a regular basis.
∎ • Perform any other assignment as assigned by management.
