Context:

The Executive – Internal Audit will play a critical role in ensuring the organization adheres to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements through systematic auditing of financial transactions, operations, and records. The incumbent will be responsible for conducting audits, preparing detailed reports, verifying compliance, and recommending improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-audit and post-audit of all different kinds of bill vouchers to ensure compliance with existing policies & management approval of respective concerns.
• Checking the procurement and disbursement procedure of the respective areas.
• Checking the Banding Bill with physical verification.
• Prepares reports and preserves documentation pertaining to audits for internal records Conducts market surveys for price verification and report preparation.
• Physically confirm all personnel of factory level for salary payment. Check monthly Salary and wages sheet & Overtime.
• To be checked all kinds of incentives, Festival bonuses, employee benefits, arrear or unpaid salary and wages, leaves encashment bill & TA/DA with records.
• Check new joining & migration workers' files Employees & workers attendance check & verification.
