Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor from any recognized University and preference will be given to candidates who have Human Resources background and/or having certification on various training courses related to the RMG industry.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The welfare officer will be responsible for all type of welfare activities and improvement related to employee health & safety;
∎ Workers grievance handling, Worker's motivational meeting, Training and Floor development etc;
∎ Employee relations, well versed with constitutional compliance counseling;
∎ Ensuring all customers/brands compliance requirements;
∎ Providing training to workers on company policies;
∎ Providing training to workers on their rights and benefits.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Must be proficient in English and Bengali writing, reading & speaking;
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge on computer handling (MS Office);
∎ Ability to work for long duration in the factory premises on day-to-day basis;
∎ Good Team player.
Salary: Negotiable
