∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Laser Manager to set the target and draft and design layout of laser and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
∎ Assist Laser Manager by study and record time, quality checking method, and speed involved in the performance of laser dept and other laser m/c operations.
∎ Assist Laser Manager to prepare the layout for the production floor for the effective utilization of men, machines, and materials.
∎ Assist Laser Manager to analyze productivity and improve the system by implementing the kaizen process.
∎ Check the laser process; WIP, non-productive time and compile reports on the progress of work and quality problems.
∎ Carry out a feasibility study for purchasing new tools/ software.
∎ Communicate with management and user personnel to develop quality and design standards, Coordinate technical and pre-production meetings with production and quality team before new style/ input is given to the production floor.
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior of the safety, quality, production, compliance issues and efficiency of the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 26 years
∎ Must be proficient in English and Bengali writing, reading & speaking.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge of computer handling.
∎ Ability to work for a long duration in the factory premises on the daily shifting basis.
Salary: Negotiable
