Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monitoring day-to-day operations of the Industrial Engineering functions.

  • Follow up on the data accuracy of job creation, and SMV update in sewing.

  • Design layout of equipment and workspace to get maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.

  • Identify & eliminate bottlenecks that delay production schedules to meet shipment dates and initiate simplification in the overall production process.

  • Case study against low production & collect lost time against low production and clarify standard operational breakdown to production staff.

  • Monitoring individual operator performance and motivating operators performing below the standard.

  • Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards, Co-ordinate technical and pre-production meetings with the production and quality team before new styles/input are given to the production floor.

  • Any other task assigned by the management.
