Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for monitoring day-to-day operations of the Industrial Engineering functions.
Follow up on the data accuracy of job creation, and SMV update in sewing.
Design layout of equipment and workspace to get maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.
Identify & eliminate bottlenecks that delay production schedules to meet shipment dates and initiate simplification in the overall production process.
Case study against low production & collect lost time against low production and clarify standard operational breakdown to production staff.
Monitoring individual operator performance and motivating operators performing below the standard.
Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards, Co-ordinate technical and pre-production meetings with the production and quality team before new styles/input are given to the production floor.
Any other task assigned by the management.
