• Assist in preparing and designing layouts for manpower, machines, and materials to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.

• Assist in applying statistical methods and performing mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process staffing requirements and production standards.

• Prepare operation breakdowns.

• Assist in SMV (Standard Minute Value) calculation and target setup.

• Motion and line balancing based on capacity and WIP (Work in Progress) in the production line.

• Bottleneck in operation Identify and eradicates.

• Work with production personnel to establish and implement best practices.

• Conduct skill tests for all workers.

• Plant and setup target on daily and weekly basis.

• Ensure the implementation of various systems and processes to minimize costs and improve factory efficiency.

• Coordinate with the Production and Merchandising departments to ensure smooth production operations.
