∎ Graduation on fashion designing from BUFT or any foreign university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Denim Design Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with the brands & ensure on-time sample stitching, washing, finishing, final quality & delivery;
∎ Source fabrics, accessories, trims, & other required materials for the developments. Meeting suppliers and producers, negotiate prices;
∎ Research and develop new designs & washes according to the trend & fashion forecast;
∎ Present & promote new designs & developments to the brands or customers;
∎ Innovate & design new techniques, applications & support to industrialize;
∎ Coordinate with the concerned department for pricing, shipping, payments, etc;
∎ Perform any other task as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Must have knowledge of jeans designing, development & washing process;
∎ Must have experience in handling brands/buying houses independently;
∎ Strong computer skills. (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Adobe
∎ Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator CS, and good command in Mailing);
∎ Ability to work under given timeline;
∎ Self-motivated, Self- organized, and Responsible;
∎ Good command of English (Spoken and Written);
∎ Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
