Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation on fashion designing from BUFT or any foreign university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Denim Design Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with the brands & ensure on-time sample stitching, washing, finishing, final quality & delivery;
∎ Source fabrics, accessories, trims, & other required materials for the developments; Meeting suppliers and producers, negotiate prices;
∎ Research and develop new design & washes according to the trend & fashion forecast;
∎ Present & promote new design & developments to the brands or customers;
∎ Innovate & design new techniques, applications & support to industrialize;
∎ Coordinate with concern department for pricing, shipping, payments etc;
∎ Perform any other task as assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Must have knowledge of Jeans designing, development & washing process;
∎ Must have experience of handling brands/buying house independently;
∎ Strong Computer skills. (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator CS, and good command in Mailing);
∎ Ability to work under given timeline;
∎ Self-motivated, Self-organized, and Responsible;
∎ Good command over English (Spoken and Written);
∎ Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
Salary: Negotiable
