Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation on Fashion Designing from BUFT or any foreign university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with the brands & ensure on-time sample stitching, washing, finishing, final quality & delivery.
∎ Source fabrics, accessories, trims, & other required materials for the developments. Meeting suppliers and producers, negotiate prices.
∎ Research and develop new design & washes according to the trend & fashion forecast.
∎ Present & promote new design & developments to the brands or customers.
∎ Innovate & design new techniques, applications & support to industrialize.
∎ Coordinate with concern department for pricing, shipping, payments etc.
∎ Perform any other task as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Must have knowledge of Jeans designing, development & washing process.
∎ Must have experience of handling brands/buying house independently.
∎ Strong Computer skills. (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator CS, and good command in Mailing).
∎ Ability to work under given timeline
∎ Self-motivated, Self-organized, and Responsible.
