Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (M.Sc) in Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Chemistry.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Environmental & Chemical management and also follow up on the chemical compliance issues of all customers as per requirement.
∎ Update chemical inventory, MSDS, TDS, CIL, PSD, Green screen certificate, chemical test report, various other certificates and other documents as per customer requirements for chemical issues.
∎ Maintain various compliance issues & SOP as a member of an internal compliance audit team for wet processing plant.
∎ Maintain monthly chemical consumption register.
∎ Supply all chemical MSDS in local language for workers so that they can easily use all chemicals safely and provide training to the workers regarding chemical and PPE use regularly.
∎ Ensure all the chemicals which are being used in the washing plant are having all Hazardous (RSL, AZO free, APEO) free certificates.
∎ Preparation and Presentation of all wet process & chemical-related documents to the buyer.
∎ Organic production procedure maintenance and evaluation of all testing parameters of final washed garments. Keep and prepare store tested samples and report for a particular period.
∎ Ensuring the supply of chemicals for the production line.
∎ Ensuring safe working conditions and compliance with health & safety.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Chemical (Chemistry) background knowledge.
∎ Self-motivation & team working ability.
∎ The analytical ability for solving a problem.
∎ Chief interest in accuracy.
∎ Knowledge about purchasing, safely storage & handling of chemicals.
∎ Computer proficiency, browsing, and surfing.
∎ Good communication skill in English
