Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA) in graphic design
∎ Skills Required: 3D Studio, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Ecommerce Marketing, Graphics Design Auto CAD, Video Editor & Graphics designer, website layout design

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Ageny

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate ideas and create visuals/ online graphics/ advertising banners for Digital Advertisement & Branding.
∎ Keep sound knowledge about Animation, Video editing, After Effect, Adobe Premier, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, etc.
∎ Create, edit and update promotional material such as cover photo, banner, leaflet, brochure design, Poster, photo manipulation, Motion graphic, Promotional Videos, info-graphic design etc.
∎ Developing Graphical & Creative Designs for both Print and Electronic Media.
∎ Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts mainly focused on social media marketing (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google etc.)
∎ Upload and boost promotional posts/content in Social Medias (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube) as per Digital Marketing Plan.
∎ Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and gives right message to the people
∎ Seek opportunities for sponsorship and advertising.
∎ Generating dynamic and innovative ideas.
∎ Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
∎ Responsible for the coordination and production of all images, videos, design materials, pdf needed for the organization's digital marketing team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven graphic designing experience with strong portfolio of illustrations or graphics.
∎ Strong portfolio of motion graphics, illustrations or other graphics.
∎ Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe after Effects, FCP).
∎ Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
∎ Working knowledge on digital marketing
∎ Familiarity with SEO
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Should be positive in attitude, result-oriented & ready to take challenges.
∎ Good team player skill, execution skill, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage.
