Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Finding new clients: Sales executives identify potential customers and schedule meetings with them. They also participate in trade fairs and conferences.
∎ Building relationships: Sales executives maintain relationships with existing clients and work to close new ones. They provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
∎ Negotiating deals: Sales executives negotiate with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. They finalize the terms and conditions of the sale.
∎ Developing sales strategies: Sales executives plan, implement, and manage the company's sales strategy. They analyze market trends and research the market.
∎ Achieving sales targets: Sales executives work to meet sales goals. They monitor their sales performance and record sales.
∎ Collecting feedback: Sales executives gather customer feedback and relay it to management.
∎ Preparing sales reports: Sales executives prepare and analyze sales reports and data.
∎ Collaborating on campaigns: Sales executives collaborate with others to create campaigns.
