Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, develop, and implement sales strategies, goals, and targets in the assigned geographical area.
∎ Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to team members.
∎ Ensure the sales team properly manages and achieves sales targets.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team and motivate team members to exceed sales expectations.
∎ Implement plans and strategies to increase sales of the company’s products.
∎ Establish relationships with customers and constantly expand the customer base.
∎ Create and maintain sales reports and present them to upper management.
∎ Discover ways to enhance sales performance metrics and KPIs.
∎ Provide performance feedback and sales forecasting information to the upper management.
∎ Document customer activity and correspondence and ensure accurate customer billing, retention, and satisfaction.
∎ Review and implement sales policies, procedures, and standards and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
∎ Maximize sales and profits across stores and ensure constant quality in a particular area.
∎ Research and analyze market developments and trends and collect customer feedback.
