Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics/ Banking from reputed University
∎ CA/ ICMA (Partly Qualified) will be preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation and disbursement of payroll & benefits on time,
∎ Prepare Pay slip and share with the employees and Consultants,
∎ Prepare & process vendor payment and deduction of TAX, VAT with compliance of Law and deposited to Government exchequer within the stipulated frame,
∎ Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered in ERP software,
∎ Preparing and processing BEFTN/ EFT payments,
∎ Posting transactions to journals, ledgers, and any other records,
∎ Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger,
∎ Reconciling vendors balance and aging report,
∎ Monthly and closing assistance,
∎ Ensure timely reporting of all day to day financial information.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Working knowledge of using MS Excel
∎ Applied knowledge on Income TAX & VAT
∎ Experience in Payroll in Hospital Industry will be considered as additional advantage
