Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing VAT return Updating VAT Management Software (VMS). Online VAT return submission.
∎ Deducting & depositing TDS & VDS asper rule. Issuing TDS & VDS Certificate.
∎ Posting daily bank transaction in SAP. Preparing monthly bank reconciliation statement.
∎ Posting invoice/Bill in SAP for administrative expenses.
∎ Scrutinizing payable ledger and making payment on due date.
∎ Maintain petty cash and it's posting in SAP. Any other job assigned by manager.
∎ Monthly TDS return submission.
