Fish Vally একটি দ্রুত বেড়ে ওঠা e-commerce ভিত্তিক ফিশ ও ফুড সাপ্লাই কোম্পানি। আমাদের দৈনন্দিন অপারেশন, রিপোর্টিং এবং ডিজিটাল কনটেন্ট সাপোর্টের জন্য একজন দায়িত্বশীল ও স্কিলড কর্মী প্রয়োজন, যিনি Excel-এ ডাটা ম্যানেজমেন্ট এবং Photoshop-এ ডিজাইন কাজ—দুটোই দক্ষভাবে করতে পারবেন।

Job Responsibilities

Excel & Data Management (Primary):

• Daily sales data entry ও update

• Excel ব্যবহার করে:

  • Sales report

  • Order summary

  • Expense & profit sheet

  • Customer database maintain করা

• Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Formula ব্যবহার করে রিপোর্ট তৈরি

• Weekly ও Monthly management report প্রস্তুত করা

• Google Sheet ও Excel-এর মাধ্যমে ডাটা শেয়ার ও ট্র্যাকিং

Photoshop & Design Support (Primary):

• Photoshop ব্যবহার করে:

  • Product image clean, resize ও basic retouch

  • Facebook / Website / Marketplace-এর জন্য পোস্ট ডিজাইন

  • Price update banner ও simple promotional design

• দেওয়া guideline অনুযায়ী কাজ করা (creative brief follow করা)

• ওয়েবসাইট ও সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ার জন্য image optimization

Other Support Tasks:

• Sales ও Marketing টিমকে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Excel data ও design support দেওয়া

• জরুরি সময়ে order/sales support
  
  Required Skills & Competencies

  • Microsoft Excel-এ ভালো দক্ষতা (Mandatory)

  • Adobe Photoshop-এ practical কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা

  • Design sense ও clean layout বোঝার ক্ষমতা

  • সংখ্যা ও ডাটার সাথে কাজ করার ধৈর্য

  • সময়ের মধ্যে কাজ শেষ করার মানসিকতা

  • Teamwork ও communication skill
