Context:
The Executive Distribution will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the efficient delivery of goods in compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage logistics operations effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Confirm delivery orders, collect/receive from concerned departments by mail/SMS & DO on a daily basis.

• Trawler/Vessel received & confirmed stock level as required.

• Prepare program schedules & goods delivery as per the policy/DO on a daily basis.

• Prepare load slip, challan, gate pass & other documents.

• Continuously communicate with concerned departments, drivers, and helpers & make sure smooth delivery of goods.

• The officer will try to solve all types of problems raised by clients/parties & report to the Head of Department (HOD).

• Monitoring loading/unloading & solving problems related to these.

• Prepare shift-ending reports, and forward same to line manager or Head of Department.

• Hire/source vehicles from third parties to fulfill demands beyond our capacity.

• Prepare daily & monthly MIS reports.

• Carryout orders, and instructions concerning operations and report to the Head of Department (HOD).
