Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 20 to 25 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for monitoring and sourcing complete samples, lab dips, accessories, trims from home & abroad and communicating with various suppliers to get the current price in best offer.
∎ Monitor and assist in the development & creation of new buyers for expanding the business.
∎ Responsible for Product Development (PD) to Shipment.
∎ Having excellent knowledge in Business Development, Merchandising, Costing, Sourcing and Planning as well as depth knowledge in pattern, consumption and washing.
∎ Work closely with the Designers in terms of creating and presenting new trends in garments form.
∎ Coordinate professionally with marketing, design, supply chain, production & store department of the company.
∎ Facilitate production and quality department & work closely to ensure best quality final product & take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.
∎ Co-ordinate with production team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyer time to time.
∎ Utilize the total lead time for maximizing the production output with proper planning.
∎ Carry out any other responsibilities given by the senior management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 20 to 25 year(s) in the relevant field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Merchandising, Accessories, Production, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Commercial documentation etc.
∎ Implementation of all changes in merchandise philosophies.
∎ Strong and adequate knowledge in sourcing, market survey and negotiation skill.
∎ Excellent product knowledge with the capacity of handling very demanding and globally renowned customers.
∎ Responsible for staff development, team motivation and effective succession planning.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Quality leadership and management skills/experience.
∎ Analytical and problem-solving ability.
∎ Planning and project management skills.
∎ Proven decision making capabilities.
