Additional Requirements:
  • Age 19 to 30 years
  • Only Female
  • Candidate must have 1 Years experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Creative Suite, video editing software typography & design skills and other equivalent software

  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager tools.

  • Knowledge of Audience Insights, Pixel tracking, and Conversion API.

  • Experience with A/B testing, budget management, and ROI tracking.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.

  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing practices is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Plan, create, and manage effective Facebook advertising campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and improve brand visibility.

  • Conduct audience research to identify key demographics, interests, and behaviors for targeted campaigns.

  • Monitor and optimize Facebook ad performance, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative adjustments.

  • Analyze campaign data to generate insights and provide regular reports on performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.).

  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop high-quality, engaging ad copy, images, and videos.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and algorithm changes in Facebook Ads and the digital marketing landscape.

  • Manage advertising budgets and track spending efficiency.

  • Perform retargeting and remarketing strategies to increase conversion rates.
