∎ Job Location: Job Location: Banani, Dhaka / Adamjee EPZ, Narayangonj
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceptualizing and developing unique designs, graphics, layouts and artworks that align with brand guidelines while keeping up to date with modern design trends.
∎ Taking design briefs to understand complex requirements and developing thoughtful, creative solutions.
∎ Designing high-quality and persuasive collateral to meet customer expectations
∎ Keeping up to date on industry trends and digital technologies for creative inspiration.
∎ Conduct user research and gather insights to inform the design process, creating user personas and user stories.
∎ Work to budget, timeline, and deadlines
Additional Requirements:
∎ Female will get preference
∎ Proven examples of creative content.
∎ Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects, or other relevant applications
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
∎ Pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics.
∎ Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
