Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

  • We are looking for a smart and capable sales executive with strong negotiation skills who can deal with multinational company customers.

  • Strong Communication skills, with strong e-mail correspondence.

  • The job location will be in the Corporate Office at New Eskaton, Dhaka.

  • Must ensure stay with the company for at least 3 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting potential customers in the market and understanding their requirements.

  • Execution & monitoring of marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.

  • Develop sales volume and productivity in own territory by doing field study and market research (product, market & consumer survey) and analyzing the information.

  • To develop a strategic business operating plan to achieve annual sales for the assigned products

  • To evaluate competitors' activities and formulate counterstrategies for the same

  • Regular Market visits.

  • To identify any new business portfolio

  • To prepare your products sales aid as per the strategy

  • To prepare IWO & work order to send to the factory with the approval of the concerned sectional Head

  • Any other work as & when assigned by the management
