Job Context
We are looking for a smart and capable sales executive with strong negotiation skills who can deal with multinational company customers.
Strong Communication skills, with strong e-mail correspondence.
The job location will be in the Corporate Office at New Eskaton, Dhaka.
Must ensure stay with the company for at least 3 years.
Responsibilities:
Meeting potential customers in the market and understanding their requirements.
Execution & monitoring of marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Develop sales volume and productivity in own territory by doing field study and market research (product, market & consumer survey) and analyzing the information.
To develop a strategic business operating plan to achieve annual sales for the assigned products
To evaluate competitors' activities and formulate counterstrategies for the same
Regular Market visits.
To identify any new business portfolio
To prepare your products sales aid as per the strategy
To prepare IWO & work order to send to the factory with the approval of the concerned sectional Head
Any other work as & when assigned by the management
Alternative Saturday is work from home.
Daily food allowance is available.
Motorcycle fuel and maintenance allowance is available.
