∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of the Management.
∎ Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
∎ Preparing corporate presentations.
∎ Manage and coordinate with departments and back office.
∎ Organizing and coordinate meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders.
∎ Accompany the Management to key meetings if required.
∎ Coordinate travel and travel bookings for the Management.
∎ Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
∎ Communicate with clients and business partners via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
∎ Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills;
∎ Creative talent ;
∎ The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines;
∎ Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations;
∎ Attention to detail;
∎ Excellent time management and organisation.
∎ Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
