2–3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing and/or group company environments.

Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and reporting.

Experience with ERP systems (operation and basic reporting).

Strong conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead a small team.

Honest, sincere, polite, energetic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills; comfortable working independently and managing ambiguity.

Responsibilities & Context:

Position Summary

The Executive – Audit will perform internal audit activities across head office, branches and factory operations, evaluate internal controls, verify financial and operational records, and produce clear, actionable audit reports for management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain internal audit procedures aligned with best practices and risk areas.

  • Verify receipts, payments and banking activities for head office and branch offices.

  • Monitor purchases, distribution and wastage — report on quantities and discrepancies.

  • Perform random checks of material requisitions, gate passes, challans, fuel costs and other bills.

  • Review cost sheets, production reports and stock reports; verify factory costs.

  • Conduct physical verification of assets and reconcile with company records.

  • Analyze budget vs actual and report material variances to management.

  • Prepare clear, concise internal audit reports that identify root causes and recommend practical solutions.

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the internal audit system.

  • Undertake field visits and inventory audits as required.

  • Other assignments as directed by management.
