∎ Air Ticket Issue, Reissue, EMD, Refund, reservation systems (GDS) are mandatory.
∎ Follow-up-Booking, Making a reservation and issuing Airline Tickets to the customers.
∎ Maintain Good Relation with Airlines.
∎ Corporate clients support through Over phone & Email.
∎ Fulfills Customer queries & solve problem with team.
