Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Petty Cash, prepare voucher & maintain cash book.
∎ Update & maintain fixed assets register.
∎ Provide Logistics support to Project Team.
∎ Communication with Project accountants.
∎ To collect quotation, Prepare Price Comparative Statement, purchase the goods and ensure delivery goods within the time frame.
∎ Maintain vendor's profile.
∎ Negotiate with supplier ensuring the best price.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in Finance/ Accounts, Administration,
∎ Conversant in operating MS Word, MS Excel.
∎ Planning and Administrative management skills.
∎ Fluent in English.
∎ Responsible, reliable and able to work as a part of team.
∎ Ability to work with accuracy under pressure and meet deadlines.
