∎ A Manufacturing Industry looking for young, dedicated, hardworking Accounts Executive for head office Accounts Department.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc.
∎ Handling day-to-day accounting & day-end cash book.
∎ Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments.
∎ Handling all banking related works & prepare bank voucher.
∎ Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email.
∎ Making payments through various modes like RTGS, cash, cheques, etc. and keeping track of them.
∎ Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities.
∎ Handling petty cash.
∎ Prepare cheque requisition & monthly expenditure report.
∎ Reconciliation of individual bank account.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Male & Female both are allowed to apply.
∎ Must have good communication skills.
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS Office & other Accounting Software).
∎ Should be presentable and well conversed.
∎ Should have positive attitude, smart, energetic, hardworking, target driven, result oriented.
∎ maintaining capacity and ability to work in a team.
∎ Proactive and good knowledge of Accounts related job.
∎ Able to analyze problems and provide solution.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
