∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and manage all financial transactions related to land purchase, sales, registration, and development costs.
∎ Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
∎ Ensure proper VAT, Tax, and bank reconciliation for all transactions.
∎ Maintain cash flow management and budgeting for land-related projects.
∎ Ensure compliance with real estate financial regulations.
∎ Work closely with land development teams and legal departments for financial documentation.
∎ Handle vendor and supplier payments related to land and construction.
∎ Other account related tasks as required by the company.
