∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
∎ Skills Required: Accounting

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Importer, IT Enabled Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Financial Statement (Balance Sheet, Receipt and Payment, Cash Flow Statement and related notes).
∎ Monitoring of fund management related activities with the Managing Director.
∎ Prepare and maintain spreadsheet and subsidiary records in respect of payment.
∎ Make necessary journal entry and prepare trial balance using ERP ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE.
∎ Monthly and periodic financial statement preparation for the organization.
∎ Coordination with Internal and External Audit related activities.
∎ Check and recommend Payment Voucher, Cheque and maintain day to day banking and fund management.
∎ Responsible for Petty Cash funds and weekly reports for reimbursement.
∎ Ensure cash advances are monitored and cleared on a timely basis.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliations for all accounts.
∎ Preparing daily/weekly report of bank balances and outstanding
∎ To make payment of income tax,VAT,Taxes,etc.in a planned way to avoid any type of hassles.
∎ To monitor payments to vendors for goods and services timely.
∎ Should have ability to carry out all types of related tasks assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have excellent computer skills (in Ms word,Ms excel)
∎ Good command in both Bangla and English.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accountant, Accounting and Finance, Finance Management, Finance/ Accounts, General Accounting
∎ Smocker will not apply.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
