Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/BBA/B.Com in Accounting from any Public University.
∎ ICMA Partly / CA /ACCA Course Completed.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare books of accounts and documents and compliance with International Accounting Standard (IAS).
∎ Ensure preparation and submission of periodic (quarterly/ half-yearly/ yearly) financial reports to the Management.
∎ Prepare reconciliation statement between VAT record and accounting record.
∎ Ensure proper compliance with VAT Act & Rules and Ensure deduction of tax and VAT at source from the suppliers and service providers.
∎ Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting VAT-related Government-issued SRO and put into practice in regular dealings.
∎ Ensure timely payments of the bills in accordance with Companies' policies, procedures, and guidelines.
∎ Ensure monthly report on all sales proceeds, contributions, miscellaneous loans, staff advances, and income tax deductions.
∎ Maintain fixed asset record in an appropriate manner.
∎ Monitor payments to vendors for goods and services timely & Maintain accounts receivable, payable.
∎ Prepare Monthly Sales report and Sales reconciliation with Customer.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts/registers, cash & bank transaction, received & payment statement.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statement at the end of each month.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advance Excel.

Salary: Negotiable
