Job Responsibilities:

Promote and sell various life insurance policies of Sonali Life Insurance PLC.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective individual and corporate clients.

Analyze clients' financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Explain policy features, benefits, and digital premium payment methods clearly to clients.

Provide continuous after-sales service and support to policyholders.

Attend regular training sessions, weekly team meetings, and skill development programs.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Employment Status:

Full-time / Part-time

Educational Requirements:

HSC, Graduate, or University students (Bachelor/Masters) in any discipline are highly encouraged to apply.

Special preference for candidates with a background in Business, Finance, or Marketing.

Experience Requirements:

Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service is an added advantage but not mandatory.
