Responsibilities & Context:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in event planning, coordination, and management.
Technical Skills: * Proficiency in project management tools and digital platforms for event promotion.
Basic understanding of web and social media integration for event branding (WordPress and Social Media Marketing experience is a plus).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali to handle clients and vendors effectively.
Leadership & Coordination: * Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage on-ground teams and supervise multiple tasks simultaneously.
Expertise in strategic planning and budget management for large-scale events.
