Job Context:
∎ TOEFL/English Spoken Trainer (Full Time and living in Uttara, Dhaka)
∎ The organization is looking for a smart and good looking candidate with an English learning background, fluent in English having an English native-like accent. The ideal candidates are also need to be having presentation skills in public speaking and in a seminar.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Candidates living in Uttara, Dhaka area or Nearby will be preferred.
∎ Candidates from English language Training, IELTS background will be preferred(Minimum score7 in IELTS or minimum 94 score in TOEFL.
∎ Excellent proficiency in the English Language. Ability to retain the interest of learners in the class Presentable, self-motivated
∎ Computer literate, Graphic design and Video editing experience will be a plus.
∎ Ability to establish & maintain good rapport with students
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with students of all ages and social background
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Performance bonus and appropriate commissions will be provided as per the company policies
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Half of the Basic salary and after completion of 6 months job.
