Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates must have four-year graduation in English Literature and also Masters in English Literature from any recognized university with minimum second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations.
∎ English Medium Background candidates or students with IELTS scores of 7.0 + will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Content writing, Motivational skill, SOP writing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing lesson plan as per the prescribed curriculum.
∎ Conducting and delivering training sessions on a wide range of topics based on the provided curriculum.
∎ Preparing questions for Class Test, Quiz, MT and Term Exams.
∎ Follow the course curriculum and help the students to make progress and complete the courses based on the curriculum within the course duration.
∎ Designing, organizing, and delivering courses to meet the needs of all trainees.
∎ Providing one-to-one training support and consultation as and when required.
∎ Prepare the students for spoken/ IELTS General Training and Academics.
∎ Prepare syllabus in accordance with the modules.
∎ Conduct IELTS/ English language classes.
∎ Mock Test preparation and implementation for the learners.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Education and Training, Fluent in English Speaking, IELTS Instructor.
∎ Must be fluent in English with correct phonetics.
∎ 5 years experienced candidates in the relevant field or having a master's degree will get preference.
∎ Vast knowledge and working experience with the English technical language.
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
∎ Able to quickly understand both the learner's and organization's needs and adjust priorities. according to the learner's and team's needs.
∎ Will get preference if you have experience in training and freelancing.
∎ Ability to develop and monitor work plans and training plans.
∎ Should be motivating, encouraging, positive, patient, and empowering.
∎ Be able to provide honest, accurate, appropriate feedback, have good ethical judgment, and work under pressure. Driven to be challenged, develop, and expand own skills.
Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
