Educational Requirements:
∎ MA or Post Graduate degree in English/ELT from any reputed public/private university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Pre-articled students of ICAB in developing their oral and written English communication skills,
∎ Motivate the students to learn the Language voluntarily,
∎ Follow-up the students’ endeavors and help improve their level of English,
∎ Figure out the shortcomings or limitations of the students and take necessary steps to overcome those shortcomings,
∎ Use appropriate PowerPoint presentations in the classroom,
∎ Ensure development of the language skills of the students and any other activity assigned by the authority.
∎ The conversation in the class must be in English.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Having minimum 10 years’ experience in English Language Teaching.
∎ Good interpersonal skills, team building capabilities and competency of written communication (both English and Bengali) are essential.
∎ A retired teacher of a college or university would be equally preferred.
