Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure Hull construction works as per design for shipbuilding construction projects
Using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed plans and designs.
Inspecting shipbuilding equipment and systems to identify problems and initiate necessary repairs.
Supervising the mechanical and piping works.
Providing guidelines and supervising the outfitting works.
Monitoring deck machinery and others construction related works.
Supervising docking-undocking works by air bags.
Collaborating with other engineers, stakeholders, and professionals on projects and vessel maintenance.
Ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards and regulations at all times
Managing budgets, estimating project costs, and scheduling maintenance operations.
