Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare the fire pump, sprinkler, standpipe and detection system inspection and maintenance checklist (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-yearly and yearly).
Monitor fire detection system control panel, electric pump, diesel pump and jokey pump.
Remove CFDS panel trouble.
Face all kind of Buyer audit with compliance standard.
Must be well-known about ACCORD / RSC / NIRAPON / NFPA-13,14,20 & 72 standards. Etc.
Supervision fire protection and detection system
Check and prepare the factory protection and detection system as-built design and documents with calculation.
Prepare fireman duty schedule and Supervise factory fireman work.
Check the factory all fire door, emergency light, exit sign, fire extinguisher and others all fire equipment with monthly checklist.
Prepare floor machine layout plan.
Brac Fire safety training.
