∎ Diploma in Electrical, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Requirements:

∎ Must know MS Word & MS Excel.
∎ Must have working experience in Port.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on port handling equipment including RTG cranes, spreaders, container handling systems, and diesel/generator engines.
∎ Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in cranes, motors, control panels, substations, and related systems.
∎ Read, interpret, and update electrical circuit diagrams and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) schematics.
∎ Conduct diagnostic tests using electrical testing tools (multimeters, insulation testers, clamp meters, etc.).
∎ Understand and apply PLC logic and HMI interfaces to diagnose and resolve automation issues in equipment.
∎ Support the installation, commissioning, and integration of electrical systems and instruments.
∎ Ensure all work complies with electrical safety standards, port authority regulations, and company QC procedures.
∎ Collaborate with mechanical technicians and operations staff for system coordination and efficient troubleshooting.
∎ Maintain detailed maintenance and inspection logs for each asset.
∎ Provide feedback and support for continuous improvement in equipment performance and maintenance procedures.
