Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ A bachelor's degree in education, communication, marketing, or a related field.
∎ Strong proficiency in video editing software and equipment.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ IELTS 6 to 6.5 or above encouraged
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Familiarity with educational program management is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Video Content Creation.
∎ Create engaging and informative video content that aligns with educational goals.
∎ Develop video scripts, storyboards, and content outlines.
∎ Film, edit, and produce high-quality video content.
∎ Ensure that video content is culturally sensitive and relevant to the target audience in both English and Bengali.
∎ Social Marketing.
∎ Manage social media platforms and develop strategies to increase engagement and reach.
∎ Regularly post video content and other educational updates on social media.
∎ Analyze social media metrics to track the impact of marketing efforts.
∎ Respond to inquiries and comments from the online community in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Administrative Duties.
∎ Manage and organize educational program materials, schedules, and documentation.
∎ Coordinate communication between students, teachers, and program stakeholders.
∎ Assist in the logistical aspects of educational events, workshops, or seminars.
∎ Maintain records and databases related to student document and educational programs related information.

∎ Social media marketing experience is advantageous
