Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for counseling with prospective Students/Parents/Agents.
∎ Ability to handle students and guardians with proper information.
∎ Convince clients by telemarketing with motivational capabilities.
∎ Capable to maintain a good relationship with students/parents and local/international agents.
∎ Applicants should have Very good Communication skills in Bengali and English.
∎ Maintain Strong communication with our China office to provide service and information for our Students/Agents.
∎ The Counsellor should have Patience, time knowledge and teamwork capabilities to reach marketing goals.
∎ Ability to take challenges to explore new opportunities.
∎ Applicants Must have the capability to work under pressure based on the target.
∎ The applicant has to be prepared to go live on Facebook and shoot videos for Social Media as well.
∎ Applicants need to understand the queries received via Email properly and must know how to reply to it correctly.
∎ Have to reply in messenger, WhatsApp, IMO, Viber and must note every detail regarding the prospective student and parents after filtering and upload data to our online system.
∎ Should know how to write a message in short with correct information.
∎ Must know how to talk over the phone with clients and have to send voice messages as well.
∎ Must have a good typing skill.
∎ The applicant must have the desire to learn and has to be dedicated to working.
∎ Have to be responsible and punctual.
∎ Have to finish every day's work on time and after finishing the work a report on the daily work needs to be updated.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
