- Experience in Lead Generation Campaigns (Form, WhatsApp, Messenger)
- Good understanding of Content Strategy & Audience Targeting
- Basic knowledge of Graphic Design (Canva / Photoshop preferred)
- Ability to create and manage social media posts, reels & ads copies
- Experience with Facebook Page, Group & Business Manager
- Basic idea about SEO & Website Content will be an advantage
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Good communication skill in Bangla & basic English
- Honest, responsible, target-oriented and able to work under pressure with team

Job Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms
- Create engaging content for social media posts, ads, and promotional materials
- Manage social media pages, inbox, comments, and lead follow-ups
- Run and optimize paid ads (Facebook Ads / Google Ads) to generate quality leads
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports (reach, leads, conversions)
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives and marketing materials
- Research market trends, competitors, and audience behavior
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Support student recruitment and lead generation for education services
- Perform other marketing tasks as assigned by management
