Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To consult with the students face-to-face, over the phone, or online regarding admission procedures for the UK, USA, Australia & Schengen.
∎ Strong customer service and relationship management skills with our clients. Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as per required students’ necessary documents, received emails, and application process.
∎ Keeping up to date with immigration laws for the UK, USA, Australia & Schengen.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, applications, and other relevant information using our CRM system.
∎ Guide students through the university (UK, USA, Australia & Schengen) application process, including assistance with document preparation, application submission, and visa procedures.
∎ Helping students with their personal statement.
∎ Have knowledge about the Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) requirement.
