∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ At least 1 year of Proven experience in educational counseling or overseas education consultancy.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Overseas Admission, Immigration/Visa Processing, Travel Agent, and E-commerce.
∎ Strong marketing and communication skills, with proficiency in English and Bengali (both written and spoken).
∎ Experience with social media marketing, email marketing, and digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Knowledge of international education systems and visa processes.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide expert counseling to students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities, including university and course selection.
∎ Capable of maintaining a good relationship with students/parents & local/international agents.
∎ Assist students with the entire application process, including documentation, admission requirements, and visa procedures.
∎ Advise students on scholarships, financial aid, and other educational opportunities abroad.
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote overseas education services, including digital marketing, social media, and events.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions abroad and stay informed about their programs and admission requirements.
∎ Conduct webinars, seminars, and information sessions to increase awareness about international education.
∎ The applicant must be prepared to go live on Facebook and shoot videos for Social Media when required.
∎ Applicants must properly understand the queries received via Email and know how to respond to them accurately.
∎ Applicant must respond to inquiries on Messenger, WhatsApp, IMO and Viber while noting all relevant details about prospective students and parents. After filtering, upload data to our online system.
∎ Convince clients by telemarketing with motivational capabilities.
